Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery online in real time.
If you have not received a shipping notification within your expected dispatch window, please contact us at sales@luxello.co.uk and we will look into it straight away.
Once dispatched, most orders delivered within the United Kingdom arrive within 1–2 business days. Delivery is available to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands — delivery times to remote areas may vary slightly.
We deliver to customers across the United Kingdom — including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol, Liverpool, Sheffield, Newcastle, Nottingham, Cardiff, Leicester, Brighton, Southampton, Oxford, Cambridge, Belfast, Coventry and everywhere in between. Wherever your project is based, we ship UK wide.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
