These terms govern your purchase of goods from Luxello Ltd. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline orders at our discretion (e.g. stock errors or payment issues) and will refund any payment taken in full.
Luxello reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment — for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, fraud prevention, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If an item is mispriced in error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms apply to consumers only.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Your data is used solely to fulfil your order and, with your consent, to send marketing communications. We never sell your data.
Please contact us first at sales@luxello.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve any issue promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer your complaint to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force at the date of your order will apply.
